Worst experience I?ve had this far at any tropical smoother. I ordered two peanut butter cups and they both came with NO peanut... butter, they taste like straight cocoa powder. We also ordered two chicken quesadillas and they both came WITHOUT the salsa. Wewaited around 15 minutes and other people?s orders were completed before ours even though we got there minutes before them. Notgoing back to this location. Read more

Was the only one inside today, waited half an hour for my food because the employees were too busy being hood rats and shouting... and cussing and being very unprofessional. Took me 30min to get my wrap from them because they were too busy playing "gang gang"with each other. Definitely need more professional staff members Read more
There's not much more you can ask for: good food, good service, good location. Highly recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe for... anyone in the mood for something better than greasy fast food without having to sit down to eat. Read more
Front staff were very nice. Ordered a Chipolte Chicken Flatbread. The employee who made my order spent 7 min cleaning the floor... behind the counter before making my order while I sat there. Then he made everyone's order at once instead of making mine andsticking it in the oven and then going back to make the other 4 orders that came in 5 min after I got there. Smoothies are amazing. No doubt about that. I tries the food for the first time wasn't impressed but hopefully will find one... that matches the quality that i have found in the Smoothie. If someone has a recommendation i would appreciate it. Read more
I?ve been here at least 3 times a week this past month, quite frankly it?s a great place, but today was different and quite... disappointing. As soon as I walked in, I checked to see if my single smoothie order was ready yet, to my surprise, it wasn?t. Iwas five minutes early but even then, they usually finish my smoothie within 5 minutes of placing the order, so I sat andwaited, no problem. I noticed 3-5 of the employees were taste testing the strawberries from 6 different containers ofstrawberries, using different utensils and not being unclean about it, but still a bit weird to watch the employees eating rightin front of the (now) line of customers, definitely didn?t need 5 different people taste testing the fruit and ignoring theorders that didn?t even involve strawberries. It has now been 5-10 minutes past my supposed ?ready? time, so I went up and askedthe person working the register (who?s been kind and great any time I?ve been there), if there was an order with *my name* onit, he said ?one minute? and turned away, so I went and sat back down, assuming they?d work on it, and Idk why but I thoughtsince I had made contact with the person, idk maybe they?d let me know my order is LATE, but done. Anyways, I waited 5 moreminutes. Went back up to ask if they had started working on my order yet, at this point they had served EVERY other person thatcame in after I did. And the lady said your order is over there, and points at the cubbies. Now I understand that is where youpick up your smoothie, IF THE SMOOTHIE IS READY ON TIME AND YOU DIDNT GO UP TO AN EMPLOYEE AND SPEAK TO THEM ABOUT YOUR ORDER? Idon?t know, maybe it?s just my way of thinking, but that was a terrible experience, something was different this time and theemployees were more distracted than usual. Read more
