Couldn't hear the person taking the order. Sounded like a party going on. Got to pay window and they didn't have my oder. Got... my order and instead of a jr bacon cheese burger I got a stone cold hamburger with so much mayo on it it would not staytogether. No bbq sauce, as ordered and fries were cold and tasteless no salt. Won't go back. Yuck. Read more
Haven't been inside this one in a while, the food has always been hot in the drive thru. I came in with my family and were not... greeted, actually a man walked past us to behind the counter and to the back and said nothing to us, no one was at theregisters. We stood there for several minutes before a young man with his hood on walked up to the register and just stared atme. I gave my order and turned to the dining area..it was visibly sticky. Every surface. The ketchup was also sticky, so Igrabbed some packets...I grabbed one and like 10 were stuck to it. Inside is gross. Food on the other hand was hot and madecorrectly. Read more
I literally just ordered and this the absolute worst experience! Why would you even serve this to anybody? They literally just... started lunch! Wth! My double stack taste like soy and my nuggets look like trash. I ordered a coke and I swear it taste ???? Read more
Terrible. $30 for your lunch hour's barely reheated leftovers? Cold and rubbery nuggets, fresh and crispy fries? More like old... and soggy. Thank you for my lettuce only chicken sandwich that had more mayonnaise than chicken on it. ???????? the burger wasso old and dried out, at this point I'm surprised you appropriately made it plain. I just had to pull over and take a moment to write this review! Passing through on my way home to Cleveland [Go Bucks!] and... wanted to dine in to rest but as per the new employee shortage norm some places are closed - drive-thru only. I expected theemployee on the other end of the drive-thru speaker to be frustrated/burned out. I imagine they are the recipient of people'sfrustration and social ignorance. Most people spout off their frustration verbally to the first set of human ears available. Inthis case, I am sure this employee was forced to be the emotional punching bag of disgruntled customers complaining or askingwhy the dining room is closed! Well Karen, that's a great question. Instead of looking at the circumstances why not switchfocus to the human being that is doing their best to sail a ship with limited sailors. Wouldn't a positive contribution bebetter for everyone involved? YOUR WORDS AND ACTIONS MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Have you realized the difference they make goes bothways? If you find yourself speaking negativity toward others consider this an attitude adjournment. Stop. Do everyone - doyourself a favor. Stop. Why? The only way to change ugliness in the world is to remember who we are. Human beings who craveconnection. Remember WHO you are! Being yourself keeps you happy and you affect those around you. I would give a zero star if I could. The lady was very rude. We waited at the order speaker at the drive thru and waited for... about 5 min. No one ever came on. So we pulled ahead and when we got to the window the lady yelled at us and said we have togive them a minute at the speaker. We said we would have if you would have said be right with you and acknowledged us beingthere. She got even more rude so we drove off. I'll never go there again. Read more
