Ordered online for the first time. Fast, easy, and accurate. Not convenient. Rated 3 stars for the mobile pickup. Only option is... to go through the drive thru. The lobby is still closed. They have mobile pickup parking spots but they don't use them. Thismade for a very long wait time to get my order. The drive thru was packed. I could have just as easily waited to order until Igot there. Read more
Paid $10 for a slimey salad with brown avocado. Now I'm being told the only way to get a refund if to go back to the location.... Why? You have the order number, I paid through the app. Give me a refund. Never going to this location ever again. Disgusting. Read more
Location: 6620 S Cedar St, Lansing. Very efficient and friendly drive thru service. Looked like lobby closed. Ate in vehicle.... Over abt 30 mins, there were several street ppl approaching cars in drive thru line. One guy came back twice. Loud and annoying. Read more
I ordered three items. There was only two people in the drive thru and they forgot one. Whatever, then the doors are locked so... now you have to wait in the drive thru line all over again. A ten minute ordeal because even though there?s hardly anyone inline they?re moving at snail speed. How annoying. Read more
