One of the worst 7-Elevens I have been to. No iced coffee, no creamer, surely cashier. More expensive than the others etc. What... info do you want? We've been touring the USA for 3+ weeks and have bought countless ice-coffees at Was, Cumberland Farms and7-Elevens. This one is the least friendly and well stocked of the ones we have been to. Both times there was NO iced coffee, andno half & half, only hot coffee, and a little milk left. The first time the cashier was grumpy and unfriendly. I have never hadto specifically position the cup to display the barcode to anyone before. He barked at me to show the barcode and then was in ahuff because I showed the wrong one. No one else in all of the places we have gone has been like that. I will note on the secondvisit there were 2 cashier's who were a lot nicer. And finally at every other 7Eleven in the country it is 99c for ANY sizecoffee of soft drink. Here (maybe in FL?) it costs a lot more and each up size has a higher price. Read more
They overcharged me for food. Poor customer service. Very rude staff and not at all informed on how to treat customers.
Very decent, nothing too great but good customer service.
Just go to this location for gas if you are scared of COVId, the clientele aren?t clean. If you must buy snacks and drinks get... the app and buy whatever is on sale. Most of the 7 Eleven brand snacks aren?t worth it. Just buy the name brand candies anddrinks that you are familiar with from Publix, Costco, etc. I prefer this location because of space that other gas stations donot have. When it?s busy you still have plenty of space to enter and exit. If you have a trailer/large truck this place will bea good fit for you. Read more
This 7/11 was built a year ago 200 feet from my house. It was new, clean, & all the staff learned our names & remembered our... orders. I went in there every day for something. It just got franchised & now the grass outside is never mowed, littered withtrash. The staff who had worked there a year were all fired & the new staff are rude AF. The only good employee they have isSherry & I can't imagine she'll stay too much longer. If you're going to have a convenient store in your neighborhood, it's nicewhen it makes the neighborhood better (like before) not trashier (like now). It's really a disgrace. Read more
Should have given no stars if I could. Been there 3 times. First two were obnoxious, rude, ghetto loudmouths talking to each... other and other "friends " in store with a long line.I assumed it was a new place and they would be replced.....This morning,7/28 I came in for coffee and e cig.There looked like a drug deal going on with the employee and two shady characters outsidethe store.After I made my purchase I noticed it didn't work and asked for an exchange. The coffee was luke warm and disgustingas well.She said only the manager could do it who would be in at 8 but the policy is no exchanges. It was 5:15 .I asked for amicrowave as she pointed it out mumbling what I thought was "f ing white boy" with the nasty attitude she had the whole time.I came back after 8 to a very nice employee who informed me the manager doesn't even work weekends. Also it is store policy toexchange and I got my e cig no problem. NEVER GO THERE!!!! It's funny how black and white customers are treated differentlydepending on who is "working".
