Disgusting and unprofessional is how I would sum up my experience. Kiara's service is just as disgusting as her appearance.... There's nothing wrong with trying to earn a living BUT when your in the field of "customer service" learn to service customers!Very simple concept. She'll always only be good enough to flip burgers for the rest of her life at the rate she's going. Maybeshe'll get promoted to clean the toilets because the restroom is obviously where she gets her attitude from. Very disappointing.I'll grill my own burger at home b4 I come back to this location. Management is to blame as well, they've had the worst workershere for YEARS. I give up on this location, it's needs to be shut down. So for some reason this location is always empty. Today it was clean but honestly needs to ve painted and updated. I had to... walk all the way around because numerous doors were locked which gives the feeling that they don't want your business. So thestaff needs to be more attentive to who is around. Disgusting store it?s should absolutely be shut down I found mold in my drink a lot of mold I will reporting them tomorrow in... hopes it gets shut down.
