This BK has declined. They no longer sell shakes because the machine broke and won't replace it I was told by an employee. They... still have shakes on the menu though. Also apple pies are gone. The food is rarely hot. It's just not good anymore. Read more

This manager was very nasty to us when we tried to come get are pick up order. The worst customer service ever. The inside... should have been open for another hour and a half but she felt like closing early I guess and would not provide me with myorder. I asked for her name she rolled her eyes at me and then shut the door in my face. She needs to be fired. My order was Fries, bacon king, and a spicy crispy sandwich. I enjoyed the food. The Chicken Sandwish was great, no questions... about it. The only mishap is that the fries were not salted. They were plain. Other than that, they were great. Crispy yet softat the same time. Also, the Bacon King is a little bit oily. The beef was a little bit bland, the bacon tasted old. The breadwas very soft, which is a good thing. So overall, my visit was okay. 6/10 Read more
Oh god the worst of all. I found MOLD! in my daughter's and i French Toast i couldn't believe it. I knew something was not quite... right when i took the 1st bite something was grainy and tasted like dirt ( i mean we all know what dirt taste like fromchildhood lol) so i started thinking it doesn't say blueberry French toast on the menu because it had spots all inside of it. so i kept driving on the go and realized it wasn't a normal taste so i pulled over and took my daughters away too. I triedcalling the store several times to let them know about it and not sale anymore but no luck after 10 calls through out the day. Idecided to write corporate and to my surprise 1 month later still never heard a word from them. I ended up with upset stomachand headaches for 3 days. Read more
They've been doing great but losing to McDonalds and Wendys but I LOVE THIS BURGER KING MORE!!
