Always have gotten my food fast and hot. Delivery is fast and so is pick up! I love how you get 10pts per order and 60pts u get... free pizza. Also about every 3 or 4 orders they give me a coupon for a FREE PIZZA 4 DELIVERY!!!! Yeah crazy huh. This dominoes was my first choice but not anymore , first they burn my food then when they remake the food that was burnt they... did not include chicken in my chicken carbonara. I personally understand people make mistakes but I worked in the food industrytoo and you don?t mess up twice in a row unless your bad on what you do or don?t care whatever the case is I?m never coming back!!! Almost an hour for 3 pick up pizzas. Went from coming out, to cutting it, (2 of 3 cut) to we're missing a pizza. So we had 1 of... 3 pizzas that was hot and fresh. The other 2 sat on the shelf for 30 minutes while they got around to making the one that wasmisplaced. And was supposed to have 1 pan and 2 hand tossed. Ended up with 2 pan and 1 hand tossed. Worst experience I've hadhere in a while. Usually ordered and picked up within 20 minutes. Not today. Read more
I placed order on app to be picked up curb side. I checked in and after the 2 minute timer hit 1 min 30 seconds the app... displayed that my order was on it's way. After 5 minutes I had to go in and get my order. The pizza was over cooked and driedout. There was almost no cheese and it had several giant bubbles. I will probably never order from Domino's again. Worst pizza experience I?ve ever had. I was watching the tracker and thought the delivery guy got lost so I went outside to find... him?he was just hanging out by his car on the phone. We ordered the feta and spinach cheesy bread but we were sent the regularkind with NO sauce. Also our pizza looked like had been macerated. Completely smashed into the box and left to slide all overthe incredibly thin crust when we ordered pan pizza. Just plain terrible. Read more
Placed Order for $20.99 Special which consisted of 2 medium 3 topping pizzas order of bread twist and a 2 liter coke from... Domino's Pizza on Lantana Road. In all after i finished ordering my total came to $26.45 and had it delivered. I went inside andas sson as i opened up the first box the sausage extra cheese and extra sausage was over cooked and them when i went to secondpizza almost perfect Chicken bacon with alfredo sauce and extra cheese was almost perfect if it weren't for it having slim to noalfredo sauce. So I called and the young lady i spoke with offered a remake or a credit so i ended up choosing a remake and wasleft waiting and and the reamke never showed up! So much for Dominos guarantees . I sent message to corporate and have notheard back and I called store again at 8:45pm and no one ever picked up to acknowledge call or even place call on hold! ThisDomino's went from being an customer oriented store to Poor Customer Service! I am not ordering from this store again! Read more
I do not recommend anyone to ever work for any dominos. They will short your pay. Cut your hours. I'm still waiting for them to... correct a short check months ago and never received my last pay check general manager is never able to speak or help. Completenon sense and drama worst company ever.. been calling payroll people for weeks no answer and can't leave a message. Store isdirty as hell as well Read more
