All the jelly donuts were wet on the bottom. Asked for something else. Employee told me he couldn?t take it back but neglected... to say he could give me a substitute. When I questioned him he grudgingly started to put a new one in the bag telling me theywere all wet. Took a while but he eventually understood that I wanted a different kind of donut. What a horrible experience! Went through drive-through and placed order, forgot to order a drink so we asked at the window. Girl... at window told us they cannot take an additional order at the window because they're on a timer. No apologies, nothing. Werehanded our food and we're not giving any napkins, had to ask for them twice. Pulled away Only to find both sandwiches icecold. Drove back and went inside to get a refund, wound up not getting a full refund Because man and register didn't know whatwe ordered and it was not received in the back.
