All the jelly donuts were wet on the bottom. Asked for something else. Employee told me he couldn?t take it back but neglected... to say he could give me a substitute. When I questioned him he grudgingly started to put a new one in the bag telling me theywere all wet. Took a while but he eventually understood that I wanted a different kind of donut. What a horrible experience! Went through drive-through and placed order, forgot to order a drink so we asked at the window. Girl... at window told us they cannot take an additional order at the window because they're on a timer. No apologies, nothing. Werehanded our food and we're not giving any napkins, had to ask for them twice. Pulled away Only to find both sandwiches icecold. Drove back and went inside to get a refund, wound up not getting a full refund Because man and register didn't know whatwe ordered and it was not received in the back. Horrible shame that a quality name like Dunkin is being ruined by a store likethis. Read more

5 stars because they are professional, courteous and they make an awesome cup of coffee. I got a coffee yesterday, and by the... time I got home, half of the coffee was in the cup holder. No fault of the employee, the cup was faulty. I just got myreplacement and they never fail to deliver on the taste!! Drove up to the drive through at 15 minutes prior to closing. The guy in there cut my partner off before he could even say... anything when he started asking for a sandwich with NO. Forget the customer service. At least say sorry we have already brokendown the station and are no longer able to make you a sandwich. Very unprofessional. I just don't understand, I have workedretail for over 30 years as a manger. This type of behavior hurts your business. To the gentlemen at the window there thatevening, if you don't like what you are doing, quit. Life is too short to be spending so many hours doing something that you donot enjoy. Plus, the customers do not deserve this and neither does your manager. You agreed to perform this job and to do a itwell. No need to have an attitude about it. Read more

Most Dunkin?s at around 9pm turn me down when I ask for decaf. Not here when I ask they took my order and when I got to the... window lady says we?re brewing up a fresh pot for you :) I was surprised but not too surprised because this location employeesare pretty great.
