Very friendly and efficient staff. I enjoy coming here buy I am going to stop.. I order a drink and got a cup of ice. So sad.
Very poor service. Waited in line for 20 min. Not good service for people that have to get to work too.
Horrible staff. If an online order is placed and it was placed at an incorrect location at least teach staff the correct way to... let the customer know that it can be redone and or PROVIDE a customer service number, OR just have staff be kind enough to takethe order once again and make it. Don't just push people away because the order was placed at another location, do better. Read more
Went to this Dunkin yesterday, I ordered an everything bagel not toasted with light cream cheese. This bagel was definitely a... day old bagel, first Dunkin that I've gone to, and did not receive a fresh bagel. Will never go back here. Come on guys, somepeople do not get their bagels toasted, if you're going to keep day old bagels for toasting then keep then separate. Verydissapointed. Read more
Trying the brown sugar cream cold brew w/ brown sugar cold foam. It's not as sweet as you think it would be.
I ended up here as I was meeting a customer to complete some notary public signing for mortgage documents. While waiting I... ordered an iced coffee. Service was smooth and fast. Great customer service. This Dunkin Donut is conveniently located close tothe I-95 as you can see in the picture. It is in the plaza with many more stores including a popular supermarket. Read more
