For the store on Lake Worth Rd & Military Tr: I've never had a good experience at your store. The drive thru line is long and... slow EVERY TIME. I can never understand the person taking my order. I can't even get up to the window (always 3 feet awaybecause of the screwy layout). Today I was all excited because there was no line. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Ordered online. The process was fairly simple to navigate the app to place it. They give you a progress meter to show where they... are in the preparation, which is nice. The service upon pick up was quite lethargic. Someone in the back had to tell the girl indrive thru there was a customer and she never came. Someone else came to the front and grabbed the order for me. Otherwise, thefood was fine and tasted fresh. If you like KFC, the quality was consistent with the norm. Plenty food for 3 or 4 if you orderthe Side Lover's (8 piece with 3 large sides) meal. Read more
This is the only fast food est around here I go to because, until today, everything has been really top notch, fluffy buns, good... chicken and pleasant staff. Today I got the smooshed sandwich in attached pics. Is this the beginning of the end for my localKFC? I will try again but I hope this isn't the future for this brand new building. I ordered a family meal. 12 pieces mixed chicken, 3 large sides, with some cookies. KFC always shorts the Gravy so I ordered... extra. This is not the first time I have had issues with KFC, but it will be the last time! I got three half full large mashedpotatoes . So I have an excess amount of useless gravy! Also, the chicken skin was undercooked and tasted like I was eating wetflour! Disgusting! I called and spoke to whoever answered the phone and I asked them since I paid an extra $14.00 for deliveryto have some more mash delivered she said she could refund me for half the mash! What a joke. I then went to feed my family andthey said the chicken tasted funny, and low and behold the crust was raw! Never will I ever order from KFC again!
