Got to the subway at 940pm right as I walked in the guy that was working there said closed. I said it is 940 he said yup I know... still closed. You should change your store hours if you don't want to serve up till the time you state because I drove 10mins toget there and now I'll never come back to your store. Read more
Most of my work experience is in the restaurant or fast food industry. I mention this to let everyone know that I know how... frustrating it can be to be a customer and also an employee at a fast food restaurant. This experience was for the mostlypositive. I try to respect fast food workers by not coming in within 30 minutes of closing time so the can get their nightlyclosing duties finished. I arrive 30 minutes before close with my order memorized so that I don't more time then I have to. Iwas greeted quickly by a friendly sandwich artist. They seemed a little disappointed when I mentioned I had three separatesandwiches in my order but they were still friendly and fast. I was with someone else, they used the rest room and said that itwas mostly clean, just some paper here and there. Nothing too bad. The tables were clean. Our orders were finished quickly theythanked is we paid and left. I will return again. Food was great. Thanks! Read more

I?m recommending this Subway located in Lantana to everyone. What I like the most is that their very clean that?s very important... to me. That being said they might not be overly friendly, like someone mentioned but that makes no difference to me as long asthe bread and cold cuts are kept fresh etc I can deal with the rest. I went there to order a subway for my wife. The guy was cleaning some stuff and asked me to wait till his finish cleaning. I... waited for there 15 minutes till he finished and meantime two more customers came in and he starts taking them order andignoring me. even I told him I was here before them he said they are my friend and regular customer. so I had to wait another 15minutes to get my subway. It was very poor customer service and they don't care customer. I would avoid going to this placeagain and recommend to not go there. Read more
My interaction with the young lady on the night shift. Has me wait outside few minutes so she can finish her smoke break. Sure... no problem. Then when she is allows me in to order a gentleman with a disability comes in at same time. Says he is starving in avery low tone almost unrecognizable probably due to his disability. I being nice wanted him to order first so he can get hisfood first. I had not even started my order or even named my bread. She would refuse to allow me to do so for unknown reasons.After a small dispute I decided to go ahead and put in my order. She proceeded to rush me through the order the whole time thenwhen she put in my order to toast. She allowed my order to overcook because she was trying to hurry and get the gentleman'sorder done. The gentleman requested his sandwich lightly cooked. After pulling mine out and putting his in she began to put onthe veggies I requested. His timer was done, then it proceeded to stay in after the timer going off. I spoke up for thegentleman because she wasn't listening to him apparently, she rebuttal I know what I'm doing. Me not wanting to argue I finishedup my order and then she made comment "That veggie is suppose to go first so you know for next time" I simply wanted fourveggies why does the order matter? "Next time I won't put it on" After I paid and left to eat my sandwich, which was over cookeddue to her negligence. Another customer came in about 10minutes to close and the employee was literally yelling at the woman whowas trying get food. Roller whom has been taking care of me as a customer for almost the last year two to three times a week.Has been nothing but good customer service to everyone IV seen. This lady is pitiful choice for customers satisfaction. Ifroller is not there I will go to the other subway down the street which has a drive through. Read more
