I have ALWAYS had the best service here! I love Sonic?s ice cream but after today, I am completely DISGUSTED. Tonight, July 15th... around 8:40pm I ordered a Reese?s Blast. As I?m eating the blast, I find this blue toothpaste looking liquid in my ice cream. Itlooks like toothpaste and tastes like actual toothpaste. Whatever it was, it was a very thick texture and was very clumpy. I amso grossed out that I found this in my ice cream. This is my SECOND time I have had a issue with the service. My first time, Iordered 5 drinks. A lady working there didn?t give me a drink carrier after I requested one, so I pushed the button again andthe lady TOSSED, TOSSED!!! The drink carrier in my car in such a rudely manner. She had purple highlights in her hair. Will notbe returning to this location again! Read more
I have given up on this location as it has become a playground for disrespectful teens. You can't enjoy a meal without them... running around between the cars, screaming, blasting their train horns (Really parents, you needed to buy them these? I like tosit out front of your house at 11 pm and blast them), do burn outs, drive the wrong way and play their music so loud you can'tcarry on a conversation in your own car. Sometimes we leave and come back two hours later and they are still there. Apparently,the management here condones this behavior. If you want a peaceful, enjoyable dinner,, try another Sonic. Everytime I go the carhops are rude, horrible customer service in my opinion, and horrible attitudes. Most of the carhops at... this location have very negative energy and are not very kind when they give you what you ordered. I?ve just started going to adifferent sonic because the way I am treated at this certain location is just horrible. I had been going to this locationbecause it?s the closest one to me but, I definitely won?t be returning to this location. I would rather drive farther and betreated right than drive to this location and be treated rudely. Read more
The iconic American "curb service" restaurant. Yes, it's fast food yet convenient. They feature a variety of meal choices and... desserts. Yes, you can best them elsewhere on specific items but it's the whole experience which makes this a pleasing mealpause. Never leave your vehicle as wait staff on skates delivers to your window. Usually these are local young people workingthrough school so tip accordingly. For future visits, keep watch for specials. Read more
Used the App to order from which worked out great, and picked up the order at one of the walk up stalls. Was very seamless and... easy, only negative was they only had one car hop working (she was great) and they were busy so she was everywhere or trying tobe. Overall it was a good stop for a quick snack and drink. Read more
