I asked the girl for a large frozen mocha caramel cold brew with no sweet foam extra drizzle and a shot of espresso. One, the... lady at the register rang my drink up wrong. Two, they fixed it and still made it wrong again because they put sweet foam on it.Three, The lady behind me got her two drinks first because they were already making them before I even got mine because sheworked there. Got my drink after their third attempt and it was still incorrect because I didn't get the extra drizzle but atthat point who cares. They also made a $5 tip because of course I tipped them while paying with my card. Read more
Loved it the first week they opened! The vibe in there was great, people were nice, food/drink was awesome. However it's only... been a couple of weeks since they have been open and a couple of times recently when I went in the music has been a tad on theloud side where I can't hear what the girl at the register is saying. I did ask them to turn it down the one day I went in butyesterday (5/11) the music was way up again. That is fine for when they are there by themselves and opening or closing, but whenyou have customers in the store and they can barely hear the workers over the music, maybe you should turn it down. It's fine ifthat's the vibe they are going for but it's a coffee shop, not a concert venue. I think the one day the boss was there typingaway on her computer.
