Every Jimmy John's has much better sandwiches than Subway. The ingredients have always been fresh and crisp and chef's kiss... every time. AND if you're diabetic or gluten free, you can get the sandwiches on a lettuce wrap which is just the biggestyum! This one is always superb for me. Read more

Last year, on a very hot day, the driver sat in my parking lot for 5 minutes with his windows down, texting someone while my... food and sodas got warm and watery. I went up to his truck, and retrieved my own food. The worst part? He didn't seem tobelieve him sitting out in his truck with my food while he was texting whoever was a problem. And what is it with drivers notfollowing instructions? I am a heart patient and I have a metal door that is very loud. The noise from someone knockingstartles me, gets my heart started, and then I have my loop recorder monitoring company calling me to ask if I am okay. Thelast three times I ordered from here (including today), the drivers ignored the note on my order, AND the note on my door sayingto knock QUIETLY, and just banged on the door. I'd put it in the notes to not knock at all because I'm monitoring JJ's trackeralready, but they'd probably just ignore that too. Sorry, my health isn't worth getting "freaky fast" subs. We ordered 3 big boxes of subs for a bridal shower and they were to be ready at noon. I got there 5 minutes before noon and... walked back out a minute later. They had everything ready to go, which was very convenient. The subs were delicious as always! Read more
