I went to Subway in the Lapeer Walmart. I got a tuna 6 inch sub. Not only was the customer service horrible and slow (me and my... finance were the only people there and there was 3 workers just standing there. They helped my fiance and acted like I wasn'tthere. Then they soon asked me what i wanted. I ordered and they didn't give me my change which wasn't much but still. Then Igot home and bit into my sub. One long hair and I bit in again. One small black hair. I gave it one more fo and I bit into anolive pit!!! Thus place is trash. Read more
Absolutely horrible service guy with the bread seemed like he wanted to put whatever he wanted on my snap which did not ask me... just proceeded to try and put guacamole on the sand which. Which I am allergic too. He huffed and puffed when I don?t want thaton the sand which. He definitely needs better training. I see why u guys only have 3 stars . Smh Read more
Came in with this coupon, employee had to call someone and then they came back and said they won?t take it. The discount... would have been $3 and a line was forming so I was not about to make a fuss. But whoever said no to this discount is reallybad at customer service. Then we asked for change for a 10 dollar bills so my son could use the claw machine in theirrestaurant. They said no. And to top it off, the chicken was rubbery even by Subway standards. I am never ordering online again, especially for this store. Apparently, if you're not there to actually monitor how your... sandwich is made, the employees aren't capable of following directions. I have never in my life been given THREE SPINACH LEAVESfor an entire 12" sandwich and been told that was the correct amount. There's a VERY SLIGHT HINT of vinaigrette (I didn't askfor a lesser amount than normal) on mine, and a SPLASH of the chipotle on my partner's (he also didn't ask for less thannormal). And since the online ordering doesn't have kids' meals, but hearing isn't their strongest skill, don't expect to getone without having gone through the entire process before being told they cut the bread wrong and can't ring up the order right,despite it being their fault. Horrible experience. Will never return. Employee Took forever to make our sandwiches and didnt seem property trained. No... managers around. No extra help around. My sandwich was gross. Ham was too gross to eat. Mayo tasted like it was expired or leftout all night. Asked for a blue razz slushie. It was not out of order. It came out somewhat slow so she said she couldn't getme that flavor. Subway used to be the best! Now it's just disappointing and very unsatisfying. Jimmy John's will be my new goto sub shop. Today was Walmart?s grand opening. Their promotion was buy one 6 inch sub get the second free if you purchase a drink. When we... arrived at 7:15pm they tell us it ended at 7pm. When we asked the manager she said sorry it ended. Really? 15 min? You couldhave honored the promotion as a courtesy to you customers who would end up making future purchases. Was at Walmart and needed food. Subway is usually good. But this trip was awful. There were luli six people in line. Two... employees, one to busy talking to his girl and the other was takung so long to make a customer sandwich I thought he was dead.After fifteen minutes in line and no movement I walked out.
