This subway needs serious help and management. Closed early without warning this day, an hour early, has almost no bread, others... complained coming in because their online order was lost and not made, plus no bread to make any subs, workers acted completelyclueless as to what to do, cash register shut down leaving us all standing there, this place has been an absolute trainwrecksince Covid. (Funny tho the next building over has a Jersey Mike's which is always run top notch, fresh food, quick service,friendly employees etc. Fine example of proper management ) Read more
We love this Subway and get subs often. We ordered our usual Italian herb & cheese with double meat turkey, ham and lots of... veggies & dressing on the side. The staff is always friendly and efficient. However, this time we were very disappointed whenwe returned home. The bread was so stale and chewy, we had to rip off most of it to eat and even though the turkey, ham, andveggies were fresh and crisp, the bread was awful. It spoiled our whole lunch. Read more
I ordered through the app. They told me my subs were ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick them up they were just starting... to make them. Don't tell me my food is ready when you havnt even started making it yet. But the subs were good. Read more
Wow, this subway was in fact the worst, I've ever been in. I stood in line for 20 min waiting to place my order. The "subway... tech" was extremely slow. The counters were horrible covered in food. The fresh cut items for your sub were empty, dirty and notappealing. I'm never going to do any kind of business with this subway of any kind ever again. This Subway location has almost single-handedly restored my faith in Subway restaurants. After years of dragging my feet into... Subway restaurants as a last resort for years. This morning after the customer service I received from Dave and the delicioussandwiches he made I will be sure to go back. I'm not sure why there is a door chime. Walked in and there was no one up front. I could hear someone in the back while I waited... to be greeted. I continued to wait and then the phone rang. The female employee came up front, saw me and said, "I'll be rightwith you." She proceeded to answer the phone and talk with the person on the line. She then hung up, looked at me again andsaid, "I'll be right with you" and then picked the phone back up to make a phone call. I walked out at this point. Read more
