Waited a whole 30 minutes in the drive through when it wasn?t even busy just for them to forget my second taco. I didn?t realize... until I got home and the lobby is closed of course so I wasn?t going back to wait another 30 minutes in the drive through linefor one taco they forgot to give me. The absolute longest I have ever waited for "fast food". I waited for 45 minutes to an hour and would have just left but I paid... through the app. The employees push their friends and co-workers orders ahead in a fraction of the wait, just for an extra slapin the face. BEST Taco Bell in the REGION. Hands down. We were treated wonderfully by staff and the manager today, even with complex orders... we get them to custom make for my partner and I because we have dietary restrictions. We will be back, over and over. Read more
This place is incredibly slow. 5 cars in front of me and it still took 30 minutes. Staff is rude, management is rude. Orders... are rarely correct and if they are wrong, they expect you to call before coming back to get your food right? And then if youdon?t, you get berated and told ?next time, call before coming back to get the right food.? How about next time, just got thefood order right the first time. I usually get the same thing every time I go but this Taco Bell cannot make a Crunchwrap correctly. There?s is little to no meat... or cheese, it?s practically like you are eating shell will lettuce and tomato. Highly do not recommend!! Read more
Waited for a half an hour to get our very small order. Multiple people had messed orders while we waited. When we finally got... our order, it was messed up also. They have signs up that claim that they have a staff shortage so you have to use kiosks. There was at least 8 employees with only 2 of them actually working. Horrible service. Read more
