Has the owners changed, went in now third time, drive thru was extremely busy, so decided to go in, no one at counter, drive... thru did not get counter cashier to take order, after waiting girl finally came up,, was charge for 2 plain donuts, whenordered 2 tidbits, which was refunded, asked for cafe mocha, lg. received a med, also asked for regular coffee creamer, however was french vanilla, was not good, threw away, used to worked at Tim Hortons, in Lake Orion, and Fenton, terrible CS,no manager, guiding employees, not following guidelines for greeting customers, not happy with service , may need to contactcorp for them to scheduled a mystery shop, only giving 1 star to be able to post, however should be no stars Read more
Today I went to Tom Hortons at 8:50pm and I asked for a grilled cheese sandwich. The girl at the window said there were strong... chemicals on the grill & that she couldn?t use the grill. Why are they cleaning up before closing time at 10pm. Poor customerservice. Read more

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel on the doordash app. They gave me this (just bacon and cheese with a note that said we... stop serving breakfast at 3. If you stop serving breakfast at 3 why do you not have that on the app.i paid $6 for the wrongsandwich. I did get a refund after i complained on doordash but will not order here again Read more
*Best Coffee Available* *High Prices* *Clean Restaurant* Food was ok, the chicken bacon ranch hoagie sandwich was ok, the ham... and Turkey hoagie was even better. Lemonade wasn't too sugary, the coffee was ok however they didn't mix it and all the sugarwas at the bottom making the last 9f the coffee to sweet to drink. I have never had a great experience here, however , today was terrible. It was very busy, which I understand impacts service.... But, I waited inline and received my bagel then waited for my drink. Three people who ordered after me , left before me. When mydrink was finally finished, the girl looked at am and said, ?this is yours? No smile. No have a great day. No thank you. By thattime my bagel was cold and once I got back in my car, my drink was also cold. When I got to work I reheated everything and ittasted good, but not worth the high price and awful service.
