I have had multiple issues with this location. They are always slow but bc the workers are young I try to give them benefit if... the doubt. However, today was the worst experience I?ve ever had. We had to repeat the order 3 times over the speaker. We sat atthe speaker so long that all the cars ahead of us were gone by the time we got to pull up to the window. Sat at the window foranother 15 minutes waiting for the smoothie and food we ordered. Then they did not have the correct order; they didn?t get theother sandwich we ordered. When asked about it, we found out the girl never rang it up. I asked how long it would take to getand the manager said 5 minutes. When i opened the quesadilla to eat it, it was completely cold. I had to turn around and bringit back. The manager had an attitude the entire time. All in all I was probably there for around 40 minutes. This is the onlylocation I ever have issues with. My name was spelled wrong on my order, but that's totally forgiveable, every coffee place does it. But I can not forgive the... absolutely aloof, stoic and rude demeanor of the cashier I had today when I was friendly with them, nor can I forgive my orderfor a mocha madness being made with regular chocolate when I explicitly stated I wanted white. None of the staff smiled at all,and they all were basically looking at me and treating me as if I was an inconvenience to them by coming in. I understand helpis hard to come by nowadays, but to have workers like that just for the sake of having them is just plain lazy on thislocation's part. I'll be going to The Blend from now on, they'll at least say more than "can I help you?" while giving you aresentful look. Read more
This was once one of my favorite locations. However the customer service seems to really have declined over the last several... months. I previously went to this location every morning, however recently the girls at the window have been so rude in themorning. No greeting at the speaker, no thank you or have a good day when I pay. Even if I say thanks and/or have a great day, Idon?t get a reply. I?ve started going to the Davison location even though it?s out of my way because the staff there areconsistently welcoming and friendly! Read more
Absolutely one of the best locations possible!! Everyone wears bright pretty uplifting colors!!! The ladies & gentlemen are... super polite!!!! And the foods amazing. I have tried to stop for a smoothie here but they service is SO SLOW. After waiting over 30 minutes we left the drive thru lane.... I only stop if there is no line but even still, I always have to wait. Extremely frustrating. Read more
