Horrible? this restaurant is filthy, tables, condiment counter, over half the soda are empty. You can?t even see out the glass... doors they are so dirty. My chicken sandwich and my husband?s burger was cold. This Wendy?s truly needs the Health Departmentthere ASAP? EATERS BEWARE!!! Read more
GO TO KFC .Waited in line for 30 minutes for them to give us the wrong food. Then after calling them they took forever. Shut... this location down its a joke. We waited in line for drive thu for 13 minutes and still had 4 cars in front of us. We left went to checkers and got our food... within 3 minutes and it was better food for a better price. Will not go back. I had 2 gift cards for 10$ each and now I'll givethem away. Not worth it to be in line for that long. On top of it you can not dine in. Read more
This more towards reviewing Wendys corporation. Lapeers branch needs help tremendously. Extremely short on staff and the whole... resturants needs to be updated on looks and equipment. So nothing against that specific branch, hope this gets to corporatelevel. Surprised Wendys hasn't shut this one down yet due to its lack of everything. Read more
I waited in line for a little longer than necessary, but i figured they were shorthanded, so it was alright. I finally place my... order and I tried to pay with a gift card, which wouldn?t work no matter how many times I ran it through. The cashier didn?tknow what to do. He got a manager and the manager also had no idea what to do. So instead of holding up the line, I gave up andpaid with my own money. I?m not mad that I spent my own money, it?s that they didn?t bother to figure out the gift card issue.They acted like they couldn?t do anything. It was a problem once before at this location. Terrible service! While I was ordering my food, I was constantly interrupted. Then after I got my food (which took about 5... minutes), my burger had no mayonnaise, it had a tiny piece of wilted lettuce, and a thin, seemingly cooked tomato. After that, Ilooked at my chicken sandwich: the vegetables were coated in mayonnaise and looked old, as if they sat out. Because of thesereasons, I asked for pickles (for the chicken sandwich) and lettuce (for the burger) on the side. Instead of lettuce andpickles, I got discolored pickles, onions (instead of the lettuce), and mayonnaise (for some unknown reason). All of them werecovered in crumbs of other food (cross-contamination). The only good thing that I can say about my experience is that the drinkswere good (although, recently I ordered coke, and got carbonated water with hardly any syrup). I am eating fries for lunchtoday, worst $27 ever, step it up Wendy's! Read more
