I'll start with, I have been waiting to make it out to Pax Verum for too long. Expectations were high due to Google and Untapped... ratings. All expectations were exceeded. Highly encourage you to make it out there to try their light and dark beer offerings!Nice venue. Indoor and outdoor seating. Always a fantastic place to hangout. The patio area is relaxing and welcoming, the beer menu has a nice mix and I've yet to find... one that I wouldn't drink again. They have a small menu of sandwiches/snacks but there seems to be a food truck to order fromeach time we go. 5 stars and I'd give 6 if it was an option. Read more
Great atmosphere at this local brewery! Jason, the brew master is truly an artist when it comes to creating and brewing their... beers. They also have wine and a local cider that is really tasty. Their specialty is their beer, but they have a basic foodmenu that includes a brisket sandwich, and several appetizer plates. Friday's are live music nights and Saturday is food trucknight.
