Horrible... rushing to take my order. I could tell it wasn't correct. Got to window ... checked my order I KNEW IT... SMH.. I... said I asked for the big king ADD tomatoes. The nitwit said 30 cents. I gave my card... the smart manager said ma'am "WE' don'thave 30 cents. Ok clown I'm "paying "for my darn food. I asked for no handouts. Omggggg redo the ticket or whatever it's not myfault you didn't listen. To add insult to injury the food was not good at all. Never returning. Read more
We came through the drive thru on march 28 around 10:30 pm spent about $30 and every one of our meals were wrong. 2 burger meals... completely different sandwiches than we ordered. We also ordered a chicken fries and didn't receive them but got a random burgerin it place. Disappointed. Read more
The staff was rude and the drink machine on had mellow yellow, diet coke, and water only. My fries wasnt done. I will never go... back to this burger king. This was in baton rouge on plank road. Read more
For the first time ever I witnessed someone counting every single fry they put in a large fry cup ???? Fries were freshly made... and the burgers was good. I'll be returning. Hopefully each fry doesn't have to be counted next time ???? Read more
FINALLY a Burger King that can cook decent fries! I'm not sure if it's because they were the first fries of the day or what, but... these were crispy, salted and good. And unlike most BK store's, they were quick and the whoppers were properly messy. Veryhappy. Read more
We were stopped before the window and were signaled by the cashier to wait back from the window. The line behind us grew around... the building while we sat back and cashier leaned back on the counter twirling her hair with her fingers. When we got to windowwe asked why we couldn't we were stopped from pulling up to window she replied we were waiting on fries. Are you kidding me itsbecause they dont want to be timed on service. That new pretzel bacon king was really good. My son said it had to much mustard, but he still ate it. I was really impressed... with the impossible whoppers as well. If you didn't tell me or was fake meat, I wouldn't really know for sure. Would order bothitems again. Read more
