I love Chick-fil-A's food and normally their service is top notch. I travel from state to state and always, if I have to eat on... the run, stop at a Chick-fil-A. I had vowed, in the past, to never return to this location. After receiving a coupon in the mail I figured I'd give it another... try. Well, the experience was much better! Like 10X better! The drive through representative was nice n happy, she took my orderswiftly, she had the line moving at a steady pace. I drove around with maybe 3 cars ahead of me. Extremely clean. Well organized. Well thought out. Has a table to accommodate larger families, which would normally have to put... tables together or squeeze into a booth. Staff was polite but not overbearingly nice. Food was fast and fresh with no errors!Will happily return to this location in the future. Read more
I?ve been to this location several times since they opened and something seems off. The service is not Chick-Fil-A quality when... it comes to the wait time for food and the employees are not as friendly as they are at other locations. What prompted me towrite this review was I went there the other day and ordered a chocolate shake. The employee who took my order told me theycurrently do not have them. I asked why? He said the machine was currently out of order. I would expect that from Mcdonalds, notChick-Fil-A. The other locations in Metairie and Kenner operate like a machine pertaining to their proficiency. This one, not somuch. This location might need a visit from ownership to bring it up to par, because I can see it folding if they continue tooperate the way they are. Read more
The chicken breast is too breaded and not good. French fries are always hard and cold! They should change how they cook the... chicken for the sandwiches. Food quality has certainly changed. The staff is not genuinely kind like at other Chick fil Alocations. They need better training. Read more
Very disappointed in this location. Usually Chick-fil-A can do no wrong, but the Laplace restaurant has some serious quality... control issues. My orders have consistently been wrong at each visit (I've had literally ALL 3 of the sandwiches that I orderedturn out to be completely different items), I've had items missing, and they bring the orders to the cars behind you quitefrequently. I'm not going to be the type to be super bad or really good reviewer. I'm giving this an honest review. When we first got there,... we noticed right off the bat how fast the cars were leaving even despite it being a lot so props to the team for that. They hada few people standing outside to take orders beforehand allowing the orders to get to your car before you even get to thewindow. The workers were all extremely polite and efficient at their jobs. Now with that being said, let's get onto the food.The fries were extremely salty but the sandwich more than made up for it. The food was still warm and quite good in fact. TheMac and cheese tasted homemade which kind of brought a tear to my eye. All in all, yall did a really good job. Read more
I believe this has to be the absolute worst Chick Fil A restaurant in existence. Don't even get receipts anymore. Probably too... many complaints via their app using your receipt to complete ! Super slow, poor service. Inexperienced employees keep getting myorders wrong only to find out after a few miles down the road ! Restaurant is not being kept clean. I LOVE Chick Fil A ! Loveit.
