Haven't eaten here in well over a decade. I pulled in to the drive thru because the line at Popeyes next door was 2-3x as long.... Only had 3 cars in front of me, but it took about 17 minutes to get my 2 chicken sandwiches. The order was correct and thepeople seemed friendly and well mannered. So it's all good Read more

They claimed they were out of spicy chicken, and when I said I would wait for the spicy chicken they responded with we don't... have anymore. Mind you this was hour and a half before their closing time. What would have been so hard about frying a familymeal that I had agreed to wait on!? Read more
Every table in the dining area was dirty. Employees were loud and obnoxious. Chicken was dry and overcooked. Biscuits werent... intact like they were thrown in the box. Only got one corn on the cob in the $20 family meal. I tried to call the restaurant tocomplain and it's number was invalid. I will never do business with this establishment again. Read more
This is by far the worst ran location. I've been to Church's across the U.S., and this is the slowest, never prepared,... uncleanness location. On Friday nights at peak hours they never have enough chicken cooked. There's always a wait on spicy. Theytell you 15 -20 minutes, and you wait 45- an hour. I ordered a big order and only got half of it. I went inside to get the rest of it and immediately the manager was like you got... your order. I told her to check the cameras but she immediately said that I got all my stuff. She pretty much said I wasstealing and to be a manager she doesn?t seem manager material. I wouldn?t recommend Church?s Chicken in LaPlace. The rest ofthe staff were nice but that manager just kills it. Read more
