I placed an online order for 2 medium pizzas. With online ordering you have the option to have your order brought out to your... car. I got to the location and followed the directions. No one came out! Employees were standing around joking which would notbe a big deal if I wasn't waiting on my order. I waited the alloted time with an extra minute and still... no one brought out myorder. I went inside to pick up the order. No one greeted me.. at least not until they finished their full conversation. Igrabbed my pizza and went on about my business. The pizza was hot and fresh. It was also prepared in a timely fashion. Called to check on delivery status because it had been sitting out of the oven since 9:53pm according to tracker. Ordered 3... pizzas and bread bites.. it was getting cold. Manager Frank answered the phone very rude and inappropriate. Order ended up beingcanceled. Fine, I rather not pay for ice cold pizza. Frank needs communication training immediately! Read more
The guys and girls that work at Dominos in Laplace do a really nice job. They are always polite even during crutch time. I... have yet to have a negative encounter at that location. On top of that, the pizzas they make tastes infinitely better than PapaJohns. Read more
Double charged me and was rude when I tried to get money back won't order from any dominos again. Never got my money.
