Rating is actually 0 stars. The owner of this location is very rude and disrespectful. She doesn't listen before just exploding... about what she can't do. Simple request to lightly toast the bread lead to I'm not taking your order. Ma'am after yourdisrespectful mouth I don't want to give you my money!!! I placed a mobile order previously, and it was made incorrectly. I called in to put in a complaint, and Ms. Jovanna was polite... and apologized. Then, she offered to replace the incorrect item. I love good customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, it?show you respond to them that adds to your character. The employees are nice, but the product was not. Now, let?s talk about theadditional 30 minutes I had to wait for my food?just to get a pizza with the toppings falling off. It?s the worst subway I have ever been. I got 4 slices of toasted beef instead of 6 as in other subways. They are maintaining... cheap standard. Please don?t go to eat there. Read more

Decided to give this location another shot. BIG MISTAKE. Ordered online and arrived 20min later after app said it was ready.... Was told at window they no longer make orders until people arrive, and was told this is their new corporate policy. What is thepoint of the app then? The "manager" makes my 2 subs, then I leave and decide to check them in the car due to my previous visit(see below). They were both wrong. The American Club had roast beef on it (it doesn't come with that) and was missing the hamand turkey. The second sub was missing every oil/vinegar/etc adding. I bring the subs back in and the manager explains thatAmerican Clubs have only roast beef OR bacon, which then I laughed and told her they don't have roast beef and if her logic werecorrect then why did mine have both of those? I then showed her the sub missing ingredients and she said she didn't see them onreceipt, so I offered to show her the app order and she then admitted she was in a rush and decided not to put them on, not thatshe didn't see them. Amazing. I recorded the whole thing and took pictures, again. This store is something that belongs injokes. Will never be giving it a third chance. There are 3 other subways in Laplace, AVOID. Previous visit from 2 weeks agobelow: (2 weeks earlier) Ordered a simple ham/turkey sandwich w/ mayo. Got a sub that had more marinara on it than the actualmayonnaise I ordered to be on it. Appears that wiping the knife between cutting subs in half was too much hassle, so it was allover where it was cut in half, then the wrapper, then the rest of the sub. Worst part is it soaked into the bread, so my toastedbread was a soggy mess of marinara. Thankfully there are other Subways in Laplace, avoid this one at all costs. Beingbusy/slowness can be excused, laziness cannot. Read more

I usually won't do public reviews but I had to in this case. The employee that made my sandwiches and wraps didn't know what she... was doing. She left the sandwich open and the wraps she gave me were hard and she hesitated to put toppings on them. Everythingwas wrapped loosely. The other employee was busy flirting with her customers.
