Usually a good place to eat but last night we ordered food and the waitress never put our order in and never came back to check... on us! Took almost 1 1/2 to get our food was over it by that point . Told them to box it up which took another 15 minutes! Manager only took $13 off our meal! Should have gave us a gift certificate for a free meal for the next visit instead of askingwhat our problem was! Very disappointed!!! Read more
Stopping at this particular Chili's was the biggest mistake I made on my annual trip to the mountains. I had the secret sauce... burger. You are normally safe with the burger, not in this case. Starting at 2:00 am my body rejected it. I should have knownbetter when one table had waited more than an hour for their food and we had ours within thirty minutes. This is while welistened to angry cooks and angry wait staff . Not the best experience I have ever experienced. This was my first time everdining at this string of restaurants,. Had a bad experience here: Server was inattentive and left us waiting for straws, sauces and refills. Our order was lost 'in the... system' and had to be resubmitted (whatever that means). Chips were not fried sufficently so they were oily and chewy. Mysalad was drowning in dressing so much I couldn't finish it. We spoke to manager and our meal was comped. It's nice that it wastaken care of, and probably the only thing they can offer to fix problems for guests, it's the only thing that saved a zero starrating. However, if this is representative of training for servers and kitchen, I'd avoid the place. Read more
Absolutely horible!! Wife and I had rib eye steak dinners both steaks were 50% gristle and nerve beer was room temperature that... they put in a chilled glass that didn't chill it at all. Wife's lettuce on salad was brown. Didn't want to make a seen in frontof my aunt . 100 bucks down the drain! Read more
We like the unlimitless lunch special soup and salad except it comes with chips and salsa, which we normally love. But the... chips were too salty, when I asked for no salt, since, I am not supposed to eat salt, the server said the kitchen will not servethem without salt. We have never been to a chili's that put that much salt on their chips. Read more
We are satisfied with the food we ordered. Service was satisfactory, we didn't wait too long and our orders were accurate. Food... servings are big for us and we weren't able to finish so we took some home. Overall we were all happy after dinner. We willdefinitely go back here again. Read more
We went in for a family dinner. The service was good. The food and drinks were ok but not great. The fajitas came out sizzling... like usual but the other dishes seemed like they had been sitting for a while. They also may have had a dead keg behind the bar.The first beer I ordered was completely flat but they quickly replaced it with a different type. I saw a table next to us thatlooked like they had the same problem. Read more
