My friends fur coat was stolen from the cowboy, and we found the person wearing it at roxies. When going in and asking the guy... nicely to give it back he refused and tried to leave. Please keep in mind the coat was a black and white CROPPED fur coat. Itwas clearly not a man?s coat. So I went to the bar to ask the bartender for help, explained the situation and he(Rylie)proceeded to yell at me for asking him for help, for beinging drama into the bar, and not allowing the cowboy to resolve thesituation. I would have loved to do that because all of the bouncers and bartenders there knew about the situation and wereactively trying to help, but the man that stole the coat was no longer there he was at roxies. I?m not really sure what else wewere supposed to do, or who we were supposed to ask for help other then the bar tender because there was no bouncer on atroxies. Service was slow last time I went there and the food was nothing too special. Drinks are usually poorly made. In terms of night... life, they really need a new dj who will play updated hits and not play the same playlist/songs every weekend. Bartenders arefun and friendly usually. Atmosphere is solid. If you're looking for food go elsewhere or get drunk first. The location, the decor, and the beer all work to the favor of the... place. Which is really confusing as the food and service was horrible. Burgers are off the menu apparently, wings were nasty,and fries came late. Our server ducked out to talk on the phone, then later apparently went to the bathroom. Had to check outwith the person behind the bar. Basically, they're just a bar at this point. Read more
I like this place only to drink. Last time I ate here, the appetizer was cold and my burger was literally raw; it was as if... they simply seared the outside to make it appear cooked, then served it. The plate was covered in blood by the time it got to mytable. I appreciate that my meal was comped, but if those who handle my food don't care about doing their job, that's a big nofrom me. That said, I've never been disappointed in their cocktails or beer selection. Read more
Fantastic place. Downstairs is a restaurant and bar while on the third floor is a bar and event room. My food came out great and... was very happy with the suggestions made by their waitresses as far as alcohol is concerned. Read more
For starters it was a nice environment to sit down and enjoy our dinner. The servers were very polite to us even though we... showed up 10-15 before the kitchen closed. The Pizza we had ordered was perfect in every way. Perfect crust, sauce, meat andpresentation. I would highly recommend Roxies to anyone who would ask for a good place to eat!! Read more
Stopped here for dinner on our way through Laramie and loved it! They brought out some water for our dog and our food was really... good! On top of that, our waitress was amazing! She was very attentive, friendly, and clever. The only thing we didn't like wasnot being able to drink on the patio, but I think it's a city rule. Read more
If you want an energetic atmosphere, this is the place. Mostly a college oriented location/bar. But despite that, a very a... energetic outgoing atmosphere. I would suggest that if they brought in a more diverse group you could possibly influence whatmixed drinks could be served, otherwise you are going to get what is mostly served at local college locations. Service andstaff are excellent!! Definitely a place I'll come back and visit. If you are hungry, eat prior to coming, this is a place todrink and have fun. Not much of a dinner menu or location. Music, is on par! Karaoke, I suck at so I'll only participate ifsome one sings with me and has handed me a few drinks prior to being on the stand. Otherwise sing your heart out! Read more
