It was a pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly. Restrooms were clean but my experience is based on a weekday.
My breakfast sandwich took a little time because of the number of orders this morning but instead of telling me "it'll just be a... few minutes" and shutting the drive thru window, the barista at the window continued to chat with me about my day until my orderwas ready. He and the other barista's also took a few seconds to say hi to my dog who was happily enjoying the pup cup they madefor him. There was just a whole lot of genuine happiness, effort, and kindness amongst the team this morning which made my daystart off in the best way possible. Not sure how they managed to mess up a standard Java Chip frap but they did. My whipped cream wasn't fluffy, the ice was mostly... gone, and the drink was starting to separate. Read more
The staff killed the experience for me. I ordered ahead. Simple drink (iced coffee (no ice, no sweetener, no room) = cup ->free... pour of coffee -> lid)). Picked up drink and there was ice and sweetener. I ask for the barista to remake the drink. She swipedthe cup and said, "you need to let us know these things!" I said, "what does the sticker on the cup say?" She read it, seeingthe specifications were listed. She violently emptied the cup in the sink and remade the drink. This place is no way to startyour day. If you are staying here over night. I suggest heading in before they close to grab your drinks for the morning andkeeping them in your hotel fridge. It is likely a less stressful time for the staff. Read more
The tea and coffee were definitely up to Starbucks standards. Unfortunately the customer service was substandard at best, if the... barista wasn't ignoring us she was being snappy when we just tried to place an uncomplicated order. I understand having a badday, but please don't take it out on the customer just trying to place an order. Read more
