I ordered a steak and cheese today from the subway on 3rd st ? I had door dashed it due to me being at work for a 10 hour shift... . As you can see I ordered extra cheese and received no cheese and I definitely didn?t ask for jalapeños which there was morethan a hand full of in just a 6inch portion of my foot long ? I?m pregnant and really sensitive to spice right now so woulddefinitely prefer to have what I ordered ? went from the best subway in town to the worst. Read more
One of the cleanest Subway's I've been in. The service was great as well.
I got my favorite. Italian BMT on flat bread with fresh mozzarella, spinach, & tomatoes. I have my mustard at home. Stone... ground with horseradish and garlic. Absolutely delicious. The crew is always friendly & helpful. Read more
What a terrible sub shop???? EVERYONE there obviously hates their job, they always have attitude about any little thing. I went... in to get a sub at 8:50- they close at 9:00. I?m pregnant and only crave this so I had to come before they closed. The employeeswere extremely inconvenienced and acted rude towards me and the guy that came before me. I was walking out of the shop at 8:57and they had all the lights turned off already and were telling a grandpa and his granddaughter that were still eating at theirtable that they needed to leave ???? absolutely horrendous and the workers should be beyond embarrassed. Ordered online and only received half my order. And several iteams made incorrectly. I tried calling but all the ?sandwich... artists were busy? so I went to the store and they told me there was nothing they could do becouse the order was placed onlinethough subways own app. Spent $66 on 4 meals and fees. To get 3 incorrectly made subs and no side and no drinks. Absolutelywould not recommend ordering from this subway in person or online. Just a horrible and disappointing experience. Read more
The ONLY woman working there was awesome. This isn't about her. My wait time was 17 minutes. For one sandwhich! Lazy management... only scheduling 1 person at a time. Why wasn't a manager there to help that wonderful woman?? She was taking orders, fulfillingdrive-through, and making fresh bread all with a smile on her face. What is wrong with the manager that he can't be therehelping run the store instead if putting all the weight of his business on the shoulders of a woman who makes less than 8$ anhour. Poor customer service, the little girl behind the counter obviously doesn't like her job and rolling of the eyes at customers .... No smiles no greeting of the customer. The Manager or the other employees couldn't mention the promotion of what they areselling said item, and when I asked for said promo a minute after paying I was denied and was told I needed to buy two more substo get my free sub. When I called to speak to the manager, the manager told me they don't need to tell you about the promotionbecause it's already posted outside on the billboard and the employees aren't or couldn't be trained to infrom you about thedeal and they couldn't do anything about it.
