She was by herself and still was up and down taking orders, making food, being on... the drive thru, like wow she really loves her job because that was a lot of work and still stayed. WILLING TO HELP--The Burger Combo was good; how hygieniclly prepared? I don't know. I was upset that all the tables showed a... card informing that tables had been sanitized, but were not. I asked a lady if any table could be cleaned for me and she saidMario is in charge of the tables but he was not around. As I sat at a table to eat my burger, an elderly guy came in, and, Isaid, "Mario?", He said, "yes?", I said, "Should, we, customers care about the cleanliness of the tables especially when theyare dirty and this card says they were sanitized". He said, "yes, I am the manager I apologize, I will send someone to cleanthem. I said, "Mario, I was informed you are in charge of cleaning all the tables?" I told him I could help, I said "just leavea bottle of sanitizer on the table and I will clean it." Read more
This is the worst place to go of all the Burger King in Laredo, they don't respect the promotions of Burger King, Also the... staff manager included are the worst very bad attitude and humor. Especially theirs a lady with blond hair that has a terriblemood always and she doesn't want to accept that she's wrong, cause us customers we are right. I believe she's a manager Irecommend not to go oat this place prevent have a bad day. This is located at LA Fayette Street in Laredo. I was always worried about loiterers coming up to my family since it's on San Bernardo but this has never been a problem. The... restaurant is always clean, the play area as well which is very important. They even keep it extra cold which is great forkilling bacteria and protecting the little ones. Food is delicious and staff is great! Read more
