Delicious food and amazing service. Had an amazing experience.
EXTREMELY disappointed with party reservation!!! We were only able to arrive 15-20min before to set up. We arrived at such time... and 6 employees standing around with room dirty, chips in the floor, horrible sticky floors. When we asked if they could plzclean up while we rushed to set up they seemed bothered and excused themselves with oh well we had another party!!! Excuse mebut it?s not my fault u overbooked and don?t plan your parties accordingly! Our business was not free of charge. We payed andreserved with time. My guest arrived as I was setting up and they were cleaning. My own aunt picked up a mop they had leaning ona wall. Not once did they excuse themselves for overbooking Or apologize for inconvenience the manager just stood around. Wepicked up after ourselves in a rush to leave for the next party because they arrived while our party was still going. AND WELEFT ON TIME AS SCHEDULED. Great Mexican food despite of being in Texas. The only con I would add is the huge price difference amongst locations ...
Pros and cons. Food great, service, it depends on there mood. NEVER ORDER BY PHONE you will save absolutely NO TIME. They will... make you wait in the drive Thru line even if your order is ready. I ordered 40 minutes ago they said it would take 10 minutesyetnim still here. Waiting. My Oatmeal is getting cold my now. I think I will ask for refund. Read more
