Employee had the worst customer service ever Very busy talking to other employees and not paying attention to the customers.... Customers would come up to her and ask for the prices since they have them displayed behind cups and she would speak very rudelyand condescending and would scare away customers. Visited location to take advantage of the weekly promotions. Number was not found on database, yet it does appear on slab happy... rewards. Employee said it was probably the system and since they didn?t have a scanner so she couldn?t honor it unless themanager approved and they refused. Extremely disappointed on the store?s customer service. Ended up not buying anything for mydaughter and left instead. Read more
