You?d probably like this if you?ve lived in south Texas your whole life and have never had actual good fresh food. I ordered... Sashimi, big mistake. The knife cuts looked like a five year old did it with a butter knife. Ordered the cucumber ?salad? and itwas literally a cucumber, that wasn?t peeled (I even got the end piece with the stem!) and it was cut into random quarters, in abowl for 8$. The waitress didn?t know what any of the menu items were when I ordered, so I had to point. Service was slow cuzthey were busy with online orders. The fish tasted and smelled ?fishy? and that?s the worst thing when it comes to sushi. Notgood at all, won?t be back. If you want water, they charge you and give it to you in plastic bottles. The cutlery was plasticwrapped, plastic forks and spoons. We payed 90$ for literally NOTHING. Read more

Food was extremely delicious. We enjoyed the beef and noodles with peanut sauce, spicy beef ramen, gyosas and house fried rice.... The house fried rice was a mound of rice with beef, chicken and shrimp, the latter being the best part of the rice withdelicious fried egg pieces mixed in. The peanut sauce noodles were delicious and had much flavor and the presentation wasbeautiful. The spicy beef ramen was true to its name, so much flavor and taste, the beef and egg adding so much savory flavor tothe noodles. The staff were friendly and attentive and hard at work in establishing their guests comfort. Will return regularlyand continue to try everything on the menu. Highly recommend for fans of delicious food in large helpings, you won't leave herehungry after enjoying their delicious noodles and rice. Read more
My family had the Miso Beef Ramen, Beef Yoki sobe noodles, and Tuna Avocado sushi roll. The food was good. Deducted one star... because they don't have fountain drinks so expect to get bottled water and canned sodas for a fee. First time trying a cold ramen and I was very impressed with the flavors it came with, the beef itself was so well marinated and... tender, Also ordered 7pc sashimi and it tasted just as good as it looks! The food is like no other and simply amazing!! Legend has it that the cook/owner is from New York. He brings a new taste to... Laredo that has people coming back on a regular basis. The ramen is not only filling, but will absolutely rock your tastebuds! The sushi; soft, savory and full of flavor in every bite! You can definitely taste the freshness!
