Horrible service. Used curbside since my kids were asleep in car and I had to go ask for my own food. My order wasn't even ready... after 15 mins. No napkins no ketchup in order. The employees were all frustrated and not helpful. Read more
After waiting a long time to be a le to dine in, the experience here has dropped. The McRibs pork meat was half way out of ... buns. Order is no longer brought out to you. No straws, ketchup, or napkins when we received our order. The worst part wasthat they are no more refills at the location! Read more
Bad service, they took a long time to call the order number. I noticed that in another McDonald s they take your food to your... table but not in this one. I also asked for the soft drinks but they told me I had to wait till the food was ready ???? Read more
Apparently this McDonalds doesn't bring your food to your table or call out your number anymore. They simply place the food on... their counter and leave it there unannounced. If you are in the playground area, you will not know when your food is readyuntil it is cold. Read more
Pretty sure " double" quarter pounder has 2 pieces of meat on it? I have been to this place 5 times and all 5 times they have... screwed my order up. The sad thing is out of all the Mc Donald's in Laredo this is the only one I haven't got food poisoningfrom. I tried to call but the listed number is answered by a fax machine. One star because the food is very fake tasting quality. How come you could eat a lot of this food and still be hungry after 2... hours. The customer service was good, that is why this place got the one and only star, otherwise would be cero stars. I am notinto genetically modified foods. This McDonald's needs to rethink their parking lot. It is very hard to park and exit for curbside orders. They take over 20... minutes just to deliver food to curbside customers. The drive through moves faster. Very disappointing since you're orderingahead of time. They don't pay attention to customized orders so if you ask for no mustard, onions, ketchup, or pickle on yourcheese burger, they'll give you a plain burger with no cheese. Corporate needs to look into this location and try to make it aMcDonald's that's precise and efficient, while fixing their curbside parking spot locations and keeping up with their curbsideorders by not making their customers wait longer than it would take someone to go through the drive-thru.
