They Take to long and your food its cold
It took 15 minutes for me to receive my 3 items. During that time I notice total disarray behind the counter and kitchen. There... had been no need for all staff to be by the counter and leave the stoves unmanned. Read more
they take forever!! food is always cold dont know why the even take super long, frappe machine is always off icecream as well... ???? excuses they come up with we are cleaning it and i work at a mcdonalds so i test them and let them no im willing to waitand more excuses they should have frape's icecream 24-7 like every Mcdonalds in laredo... but hey i love mcdonals's and a littleinconvinece wont stop me from going love you mike & the McFamily!!!
