Got to McDonald's as the employee was locking door as I walked to the door and makes a sign that it is closed. To the lady... manager that helped me I thank you I only bought a sundae and I'm guessing she was clocked out she was walking out at the sametime he was walking out and asked me what I was ordering and I told her and she charged me and brought it outside. I never like to send my food back but, this is so sad that people do not care about your food.
Had a terrible experience, was told there was no coffee and that I had to wait, so I did wait I waited the 3 minutes they asked... me to wait, waited 2 more minutes extra at their request. I was ok with it as the place was busy. I was not provided with thereceipt until I asked. Once I got to work and started to enjoy the coffee I had trusted McDonald's to brew for me that I haddiscovered the gross mess they had served me. The play area was really dirty and the tables too. There wasn't anyone in the lobby so I grab some paper towels and the... sanitizer to clean our table. The restroom was nasty and there was dirty papers on the floor. Read more
