Very slow service only ringing up one car at a time the rest have to wait until that car drives away. The staff is very rude.
You tell them no condiments nor napkins and they always put them right on top of the fries

Everything sucked for being a new remodel. The women's bathroom sink Barley has enough water running to wash your hands and... that's if there's soap. The play area is always filthy and smelly. The food takes long to be served for dine in 9 out of 10times, believe me my kid loves nuggets and their always soggy never fresh or crisp. The workers including managers can give ashi* about the guests. The whole time they will be sitting in tables or leaning over counters talking to friends.
