I went thru the drive through line the girl that was taking the orders did not listen to what I was asking. She was so rude very... disrespectful. Gave me my food all shakes-up inside the box French fries were so dark and slouch full of grease old and darkright on top of the biscuit all wet with the fries dark grease. Horrible services !!! I do love the food from Popeyes. Eventhough I will never go to that place again, I?ll go far from my home to get Popeyes from another Popeyes place. Order was incomplete and wrong, ?Manager? Michelle was the most rude person I?ve ever dealt with at a restaurant. I asked for a... corporate number since she wouldn?t fix my order to match my receipt and she stated there wasn?t one and closed the drivethrough window. Read more
The customer service by an older lady was extremely great! I had stopped eating Popeyes for a good while because my food always... came out terrible at the other locations; except that this location made me regain confidence in buying it again. I was hesitantat first but back to back my food came out perfect. I would avoid the other locations and drive the extra distance to the one byDel Mar and McPherson, which is this one. Read more
Chicken was good. Sides were off. Tasted funny. Red beans and rice. Mashed potatoes and coleslaw were funky.

Came in during lunch to eat, every single table was dirty. Napkins, chicken and trash was all over the entire dining area floor.... I understand they are having a rush with the new chicken sandwich just released, however if you step over to fill up yourbeverage cup, it smells horrible in that area. I looked around the beverage machine to see perhaps if a customer had throwntheir food back there, as it smelled rotten or like fecal matter. There was a huge brown/blackened sludge, about 15 to 20 incheswide, really hard to miss if you worked here. I LOVE Popeyes and it really bothers me to write a review like this. This place isin dire need of a manager that pays attention to the customer's experience. Read more
