I've been to many stores throughout Laredo that sell these tacos and up until recently I was pleased with the quality of the... food as well as the speed of customer service. I don't understand why we have to wait in line for the ladies to stop gossiping,cooking the tortillas or warming up the 'CORN' tortilla that someone has asked for; and if that wasn't enough, we also have towait for them to make an order of 10 tacos for one person! There should be three people manning this service. One rolling theflour tortillas and cooking them, warming the corn tortillas too. Two taking orders; so that if and when one of them receives abig order, the other one continues servicing the clientele. I was waiting in line at the 602 Washington location this morningand the scenario I described above, was what I encountered. After waiting in line behind two people. When we were witnessingthe "turtle" way the lady was making the tacos and after hearing that the person in front of us ordered 5 tacos; two of us justleft. I came to my office with only coffee because I had already wasted enough time waiting in line. Ridiculous service! Whomever is in charge, needs to make changes. Prior to this encounter, the location on Hillside and Mcpherson; was probablyeven worse, because the ladies there were arguing back and forth and would literally stop doing what they were suppose to do andhad us watching them. This was truly uncomfortable. The lady literally had the taco in her hand half done but was too busyturning around to argue with the one that was heating up the tortillas to finish making the taco. The Laredo Taco in the Stripes at Centerpoint and I-35 by the Outlet mall in San Marcos Texas is horrible. They are never are... never open on time and the food is horrible and I could use the tortilla as a Frisbee. Customer service is non existent Read more
This resturant has given me the worst customer service i have ever experienced in all my years of being in the resturant... industry as an employee i have never had an order that was so far off from being correct... On top of getting my order wrong iwas also told that it was not their fault but my own and the delivery drivers fault for placing the order wrong when i used anapp and ordered the food with no mistakes I'm sure of this. It was also upsetting that in an attempt to talk with managementabout the issue jessica was her name also stated that she doesnt know why i ordered my food wrong but it wasnt her fault eitherlike i was talking to a bunch of children arguing over the blame. I not to mention that the orders were both covered in onionswhich I am allergic too and covered meaning i couldnt even see the food under the onions at all. This service is not what youexpect when ordering food for yourself or when having a complaint about issues that arose from the companies errors. I do notrecommend anyone go to the loredo taco company for food or great service because you will be dissapointed in more ways than 1. Read more
