Saw a cockroach while waiting to order, so I decided to leave and I?m never going back again.

No indication or knowledge of what customer satisfaction or good service at this place whatsoever. The chubby guy and gal... working the mid shift on Mondays definitely need to re-consider a career change. If the sandwich business doesn't make youhappy, hey..go for your passion, be happy, do what you love, don't go being miserable and try to make people's lunch miserableby working at something you don't like. Horrible place. A lot of the employees are very rude and seem like they do not want to do their job and even talk back to... customers and constantly give out wrong orders. There is hardly anything to choose from the menu because they all suddenly ranout of ingredients. Do not by any means stop by this place, even with the positive ratings from the past. Clearly management andemployees changed a lot for the quality of this place to go drastically down. It?s a real shame. Read more
I decided to try the app since I already enjoy the delicious subs they have hear. The app is great they had my subs done on time... and just the way I ordered, paid on the app as well so just had to pick up no hassle.
