went to pick up dinner for the family. We order in drive thru and the cashier was very disrespectful and sarcastic with us. We... decided to place a last minute order which I can understand the frustration but no need to give us attitude. Cashier tells us topark in number and we do . Once they bring our dinner I politely tell the lady that we?re missing the street tacos order andwith an attitude the lady tells me , ?Can I see your receipt??? With a tone. Also we asked for sauces and we only got one ofeach which wasn?t enough for us . My opinion is that if an employee is going be in a bad mood they shouldn?t come in to work. Read more
Well? I ordered 3 chicken fajita tacos order was paid at 8:20 and I received my order at 8:45 I used the drive thru thinking it... would be faster because there was no line, as I am turning to pay there was about 10 cars waiting for their orders. Parked for about 45 minutes for 6 tacos. Asked for salsa and chips and of course got nothing that was asked for. Had to get off... to get the stuff another 10 minutes. Should have just had a cook out at home, would be quicker Read more

Honestly I wanted to not give this review, but I had to after that awful experience. I waited exactly 16 minutes at the drive... through for two simple chicken fajita tacos at 3:35am. I ordered at 3:35am and got my food in hand at 3:51am. I was the ONLYvehicle in the drive through. No apology not even any kind words just my food 16 minutes idling in my car watching...waiting. Place was not busy AT ALL. (3am) I could prep and cook two tacos in that time myself. Consider choosing a differentestablishment for a meal if you?re looking for something friendly and fast. I always used to go here but that was a brutalexperience and it hasn?t been my first time dealing with it at this specific McPherson location. Read more
This place is definitely consistent in always letting me down. I don?t know why I keep going back, hoping for a satisfactory... experience. Whether it?s a 15+ minute wait time at the drive through for ONE quesadilla, getting charged for an item and notreceiving it, or just plain out giving me disappointing product.
