Came here because it was on the way to the hotel from work. Ordered online. Food was ready in a timely manner, but I walked up... to the counter and no one stopped to help me out. I figured I would sit down and see if my name would be called which is whathappened. They forgot the cilantro woth the order. I got the 6 al pastor tacos and 6 sirloin (asada). Not much flavor and themeat was dry like it was overcooked or sat for a while. I'd recommend going to a food truck for the price of 1 plate. I was very disappointed of going as soon as I open the door the air conditioner was not working they only had 2 fans. And for... the first time my family and I were very disappointed of the food. The taste was just not the usual flavor it has always has.. this was the Taco Palenque in Guadalupe Street Laredo, Texas. Read more
The tiny portions of meat that they are putting in the burrito is very disappointing. They are adding more beans and lettuce and... taking out more and more of the meat in all menu items! They are chopping up the meat now in tiny cubes ???? Read more
Idk why I bother with Palenques other than the 1# San Bernardo Taco Palenque. Inconsistent. They either over cook the fajita... meat or it's cold. They'll also cut the fajitas the wrong way. Just some of the details you can differentiate. Read more
its not a long wait in the drive thru but the tacos were half filled .... usually 1 taco can be made into 2 with the extra... tortilla but recently the tacos arent filled the same and u end up paying more.... UPDATE: I Received a call after 7pm on April18th but missed it and have called and emailed back but no answer just a voicemail where i have left my information. update:received a code and now im at the restaurant feeling like im doing wrong....the manager and the whole staff looked at me likewhy do i get free food and im waiting til this coupon code is verified. im grateful for the hospitality but some work needs tobe done on communication between management. Also, the drink machine was out of all flavors except coke and pibb. I'll stickto the San Bernardo location atleast if they get things wrong its because of the high customer count. Read more
I Gave it 3 stars not because of the food but of how the service was ,the lady at the drive through window she seemed like she... didn't even want to be there.. I've worked in customers atmosphere where clients should be recieved with a smile at least!!Here demeanor was not inviting at all:/ apart from that the food was excellent I order 4 piratas and they were delicious myhusband and I loved them.
