Let me start by saying that as an experienced reviewer I have never been to a more dirty and disgusting place. Flies everywhere,... the carpet is in dire need of replacement due to the odor that emanates from it. The bathroom is nasty but appear cleaner thanthe restaurant. I highly recommend for you to go somewhere else, even to a different Wendy's. I just wish I have never set footin this place. Management needs to remodel this place or at least take out the garbage in a consistent basis, clean and shampoothe carpet and get rid of the flies. Read more
I went with my family to go pick up some food. I order mine and my son's chicken sandwiches plain and dry. My son's sanchwich... comes with lettuce, tomatoes, and a ton of mayonnaise. I said no problem, I can take it off for him. Then my other son had a,cylinder shaped, piece of plastic. My wife went back to return it and they tried telling her that it was a piece of fork. It wasway too thick to be that. Then they try to return her money for just the burger and not the fries and drink. I told her shebetter not accept that because we didn't go there to buy and pay for just fries and a drink. They were idiots. The manager'sbamr was Felipe Treviño. After all their excuses and hearing me out on the phone, I had to speak Spanish and not in a calmmanner, they returned her money a replaced the food.
