Food is always hot and fresh. Drive thru stay super busy. I try to visit when the lobby is open.

Tasted the new bacon burger its good but not as good as a whataburger..won't buy it again
I just picked up my online order that I placed through the app. I got it 40 minutes later, and I am not a happy customer. I... elected to pick up, soonest possible time, and walked into the store at 5:45. The app told me the order would be ready by 5:43at the latest. I told a cashier about my order 2x, and finally a manager came and asked me about my order. That's when theyfinally started to prepare it. I tried to bring the time delay to his attention, not in an angry way or challenging. My wordsto him were "Sir, this took entirely too long, I placed my order at 5:29 online." Price was good. Burger was fresh. We did have to wait a little while for our order but I believe it was because we ordered a... spicy chicken sandwich. The fries were pretty good as well. We also ordered a chocolate shake. All in all it was not a bad fatsfood meal. Read more
Love the wings and am loving the burger De La Casa.
Place was nice & clean, staff were awesome, only bad things were the food, the "white chocolate/raspberry shake tasted like... vanilla period, nothing else" and the "Chilli" burger was tasteless and dry, food has definately changed ever since company wassold off, darn shame used to love me some WhatABurger.
