I usually go to their drive thru, so trust me when I tell u, CHECK UR DANG BAG, because almost every time I go they always miss... something!! I wrote down my order and repeated it word by word to the cashier. She and the other employees were great. My order was taken... down just as I wanted it, EXCEPT I asked for FRESH fries. So, we told a young man about the fries being cold, he apologized andtook it back. The working manager Yvonne came back with the SAME FRIES!!!!! Of course, they were even colder at that point. Momand I didn't even bother complaining because that alone was upsetting, we didn't want to ruin dinner by getting even more upset.We had a sloppy burger with cold fries. Now we're stuck with an upset stomach. This defeats the purpose of going out to dineout. Step it up restaurants, it's not a pleasure spending money just to get the wrong thing! $20 down the drain. Great food as always but they take so long at this Whataburger, I'm not even kidding they have to be manufacturing all their... equipment and growing the cow before they make your food, it is insane!!! Terrible customer service! Even spoke to the general manager, Annabel Ramos, and she was horrible and lacked basic courtesy. She... was rude and couldn?t even listen before talking over me. She was unprofessional and should not be in this leadership role! Shedoes not know how to listen to customers! Stay away! Read more
ALWAYS A PROBLEM HERE. Only one grill working. Okay, that?s not my fault. I didn?t complain. But their attitudes are horrible.... They approach you so aggressive. Specifically the one cashier shaped like a melted ice cream cone with the face like she sniffedca ca. She gave me attitude for No reason. I waited patiently just to be disrespected. She threw my order at me, no condiments,napkins, nothing. Do better Whataburger. Next time I?ll make time an be just as annoyed as you.
