They had no Jamoca Almond Fudge which is one of their oldest and best flavors of ice cream. This has happened several times.
Tried to get a shake here. Had to pull forward and wait then was brought a cup of mostly milk. Went in and asked for a refund.... Didn?t get the full amount refunded due to cashier error. No one ever asked what the issue was or if it could be corrected.Franchise owner needs to be paying more so they can get staffed up, and provide new employees adequate training. Read more
First time there and I went through the drive thru the receipt has the cashier as Jonathan T. so I assume that's who it was. We were in the mood for ice cream, and ultimately, that was decent, so the visit was OK. The tables/seats that were the most... isolated and would've been the best for social distancing were actually closed, so that the 3 open tables were right together. Weird. We were the only ones in the place, though, so it didn't matter. Just seemed an odd choice of tables. They can't givetaste samples anymore, somehow because of Covid, but I got lucky, because the White Winter Chocolate was yummy, if not entirelyfrozen. Pralines and Cream remains delicious. My fiance wanted a banana split, but they didn't have bananas. The employeeoffered to make one without the banana. ??????? I pass this location daily but never stopped until today... this location never seems too busy and today I found out why... the... portion of ice cream I received on my cone was extremely small... it didn't even fill up the top of the cone (please seephoto)... as I bit into the cone, it was very stale, and that may be because he used the cone that was on the display thing andnot a fresh one out of the dispenser... after pushing my ice cream down into the cone, by my second bite of stale cake, I couldnot eat anymore of it and promptly asked for a refund... I went to Baskin Robbins because I did not want a soft serve cone, butended up at DQ anyways... I should have gone to DQ in the first place... Read more
Very disappointed. paid $9.75 for a 3 scoop sundae with strawberry sauce. scoops were small and did not get strawberry... sauce... so it wasnt a sundae just 3 small scoops of ice cream. Never again Read more
