I hadn?t ever been to a Buffalo Wild Wings and it was a Sunday afternoon so my family decided we could all find something to... enjoy at this sports bar. I give it 4 stars for the overall experience. The service was excellent, the vibe was good and therewere tvs in view from every direction. The food is just mediocre. We tried a chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, a flatbreadgimmick and tater tots! Food was good. Just need to give lots of napkins and didn't bring any for appetizers.
Our family of 4 placed our orders. Only 2 orders came and then 15 minutes later the other 2 came. My order (street tacos) said... it came with chips & salsa, but waitress said no that it came with fries. I double checked the menu up front and I was correct.She brought the chips & salsa finally. I wouldn't have eaten the fries anyway because they came out cold and zero salt. My chips& salsa had zero salt as well and didn't finish them. The refills took a long time to come especially when our son needed adrink because of the spicy wings. Not complaining about the spicy wings, just complaining of the lack of drinks. Oh and myhusband ordered a large fry and he received a regular. The guy that brought it out was going to exchange it, but our food wasalready getting cold and we didn't want to wait again. The pretzel knots were not cooked all the way through because you couldtaste some raw dough-yuk! The food overall was mediocre. Not going back here. Read more
Worst waitress ever! (Corrie). She took our orders and by the time it arrived didnt ask or bring napkins. Had to request napkins... from the food runner who brought over cocktail napkins. Had to get the waitress' attention to get drink refills. She seemedannoyed with asking for drinks. Gave the check and didnt bother to leave a pen! She needs some training or attention to detail.They need to invest in bigger napkins than just cocktail napkins. The wings did not disappoint. Read more
Customer service was excellent. I need small portions and these small tacos and cheese bites were perfect.
First time being here! My daughter picked it because we were out celebrating my granddaughter's black belt achievement! We also... picked it because my daughter says she knows that it's not very crowded on a Friday night! And she was sure what right theremight have been two other people there beside us! I do not know why they weren't crowded! The service was awesome! Our servercouldn't be any more Kinder and on spot! The food was just great hooked up exactly what we wanted! I would recommend this placehighly! It's a place you can go to where it's not very crowded! Not unless enough people read this review and go to it! Its BWW! They have a great special on Tuesday and the lunch special is a great value. I had the Blazin' 10 wing lunch box. The... new Blazin sauce is definitely hotter than the old one. I ate all 10 (struggled slightly) but feel fine now. The wings weredry and I wish there was more dipping sauce but for $12 for 10 wings, fries, veggie, and a drink, I will take it. Read more
Updating my review. Today is December 3rd 2022. We arrived at 3:00pm and ordered appetizers and drinks while we waited for the... rest of our party to arrive. Our Server was amazing. HE WAS AWESOME! Food delish. Three times I asked if we could PLEASE turnthe AC off or up. I watched THREE different tables complain, or go get jackets from their cars. Its sooooo cold in here. Notonce did I see a MOD. Please remember that your guests being comfortable is important. Read more
