This particular BK struggled to provide my order in a timely manner. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and a double... Whopper. This should have only taken a few minutes or at most five minutes at the window based on previous experiences. I satat the window for over ten minutes watching two workers who were standing idle watching the manager scramble back and forthtrying to fill orders. When I finally got the order, I had to ask the girl at the window to get my drink since she hadforgotten. When I looked at my spicy chicken sandwich, it was very disappointing. The sandwich was completely smashed andlooked like it had been run over by a vehicle. The piece of chicken was smaller than the circumference of the bun so inactuality it was mostly bun with a very small amount of chicken. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Based on this experience, it's veryunlikely I will return to this particular restaurant. Read more

Do not come here. This place is extremely understaffed. You will wait at least 10 minutes just to place an order. Customer... behind me had to wait 45 minutes for a burger. They have 1 person cooking, 1 person on drive through and 1 person at frontcounter. They can not keep up with the orders and they keep messing the orders up. If the owner of this place is too cheap topay employees to show up than I will not come here ever again. My time is too valuable to have it wasted on poor customerservice. Read more

I made 2 orders and the first one was correct but my order for a number 1 with cheese, let, mayo ONLY, NO pickles, was wrong. I... got no cheese I let the woman at the window that I was allergic to pickles> got 3 big pickles. I hate leaving bad reviews butevery food service should pay attention to orders that can put someone in the hospital or kill them. Read more

They were extremely slow at the drive thru and there were only 2 people at the counter. 09/11/22 Once again store number 13004... has dropped the ball. They did not complete my order. When I got home a burger was missing. There is a website to report "theBurger King experience". You are directed to get the store number off the receipt, but guess what the number does not appear onthe receipt. So I hunted down the number and tried to report the incident. The site did not work. Poorly staffed, poorly managed. Both lanes of the drive-thru we're backed up almost to the entry door, so I went inside. Only... two customers in front of me in line and it still took almost 15 minutes to be able to place my order and another 10 to get myfood. I think one issue was they decided to clean the fryer during lunch time so the fries we're slow coming out. Only oneperson at the register and he was hustling but was getting no help. The man behind man behing me complained and asked for amanager but got no response. The food is sloppily prepared and tables are dirty. Supposed to be a "fast food restaurant", shouldI go on? I only get a 30 minute lunch, so this cost me a half hour of pay. Seems to be the same issues at both stores onUlmerton in Clearwater and many other locations. Can no longer blame covid so it falls on corporate and local management. BKused to be my favorite lunch stop. Please fix it or close. Read more

Probably one of my poorest eating experiences at a fast food place ever. The staff are all very unprofessional and LOUD as all... hell. There was maybe 1 staff member telling everyone to stop messing around. The bathrooms were very nasty & they were slackingon even keeping the ice machine stocked. Female taking orders in the drive through today at 12:30pm was very abrasive and rude when I took time to read the menu. I took... maybe a minute without anyone behind me and she asked multiple times and raised her voice at me. I will never be back. This kindof treatment is inappropriate to say the least. She was cold at the window too when she gave me my food. Oh and then my orderwas completely incorrect and I was charged for more expensive items. Great food and customer service. Although I messed up in order I requested, the gentleman at the window went out his way to make... the order correct. He even made sure that our food was fresh. My son loves it here and we visit at least twice per week. Read more
